The Maxcafè
artisan roasting was born from an idea of Massimo Guzzo, initially, to offer high quality coffee, tasty and aromatic, according to the long southern Italian tradition.
Motivated by a strong passion for the art of coffee preparation, Massimo engages in extensive research on taste and aroma, with the help of expert craftsmen, masters in the complex discipline of blending and roasting.
Starting from a careful selection of plantations in various regions of the world, four blends are perfected, consisting of a wide variety of Arabica and Robusta coffees.
Thanks to the recovery of the ancient wood-fired artisan roasting method, the blends become a delicious elixir in the cup, with a sweet and decisive taste, and with a strong and velvety body.

The roasting is carried out with the natural flame of the wood and at a low flame for a complete and uniform cooking of the grain. The resulting air cooling protects the aroma and authenticity of the coffee.
